SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items in my shop are handmade and some are made to order. Due to this you can find the processing times for each item in the description as they vary from listing to listing. You will receive a notification in your email when your item ships with the tracking information. More information on processing time can be found on the individual product page.
Please note that First Class Shipping does not include insurance, please upgrade to another delivery method if you would like insurance added to your order. This protects you against lost or damaged packages.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. I advise you to group your items in one order. I cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I ship everywhere in the United States!
Currently only shipping internationally to: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. If I do not ship to your country, please email me at Olivia@livinvixen.com and I'll see what I can do!
You can return an item by contacting me within 30 days of delivery. Beyond 30 days of delivery I unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
For any items to be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in its original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs & fees are non-refundable.
Some items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Those items include:
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Artist tips
- Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
- Any items that is not within 30 days of delivery
If you would like to return an item for a refund please contact me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll proceed from there.
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once I receive your item and inspect it I will send you an email to notify you it has been received and whether or not I'll be able to approve a refund based on the condition of the item. If the item is damaged in any way I will not be able to issue you a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or broken please contact me as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and photos.
Please include several photos of the packaging and item damage so we can see what we can do about resolving the issue.
An insurance claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier so the more photos you provide, the better!
Please note, First Class shipping does not include insurance. Damaged First Class items will be handled on a case by case basis.
Orders can be canceled at no cost as long as the item has not yet shipped, the shipping label has not been created, or is not a custom or personalized item. For items that have shipped you can return the item for a full refund, minus shipping costs (as explained above under Returns)
Custom or personalized items may be eligible for a partial refund, but is not guaranteed as I typically start working on them as soon as I can.
